【Synopsis】
The new student, Oguri Cap, is invited to join Kitahara's team with Berno Light.
In order to participate in a race, membership in a team was a prerequisite.
Oguri decides to join the team and begins training for the "Debut Race", but the special student Fujimasa March, known as the most talented among the new students, stands in her way.
