[Synopsis]
Lazarus was formed to locate Skinner. With Axel joining their ranks, they begin the search for Skinner. Hacker Eleina discovers that Skinner had purchased a nuclear shelter in the past. The team splits into two groups, heading to both the shelter and the company that sold it. However, they encounter a series of mysterious, unidentified men of unknown nationality, leading to chaos. Who are these men...?
