The stage-specialized platform "Theater Complex TOWN" has announced the LIVE streaming of the stage play "Blue Miburo," with ticket sales starting on April 11, 2025, at 9 PM.
This production is a stage adaptation of the popular manga "Blue Miburo," known for its blue and fiery depiction of the "Shinsengumi." Set in Kyoto in 1863, it portrays the coming-of-age story of a kind-hearted boy, Nio, who encounters Toshizo Hijikata and Souji Okita, and decides to join the fiercest swordsman group, the "Mibu-roushigumi" (commonly known as Miburo).
"Theater Complex TOWN," launched in July 2020, offers a wide variety of popular stage performance videos. In May 2023, CyberAgent and At The Theatre teamed up to significantly revamp the service. Premium members, for a monthly fee of 770 yen (tax included), can watch all programs, including popular stage shows and exclusive footage, anytime and as many times as they like. The platform also offers live streaming features that bring viewers closer to the cast, as well as early ticket sales for certain events.
As a streaming bonus, live comment videos by the cast will be available after each performance.
