[Synopsis]
There's a rumor spreading within the school about a 'Mysterious Blue Cloak Man.' Those who have seen him are said to be dismembered, stuffed in a bag, and taken away. One day, fellow classmates aware of Kanna's reputation for investigating the supernatural ask her to eliminate this Blue Cloak. In the midst of this, Kanna herself witnesses the Blue Cloak and picks up a wallet seemingly dropped by him. When they check inside, Akihiko Chuzenji's expression grows grim. All the banknotes inside were counterfeit. Seeing the potential for crime in this incident, Chuzenji seeks assistance from his friend, police officer Shutaro Kiba.
