The popular anime "Lycoris Recoil," which aired in the summer of 2022, has returned as a series of six original short movies. The first episode of "Lycoris Recoil Friends are thieves of time." premiered on April 16, featuring the TV series ending theme "Hana no Tou," which was supposed to bring fans to tears... or so it seemed!?

In the TV anime "Lycoris Recoil," singer-songwriter "Sanketsu Shojo" Sayuri's ending theme "Hana no Tou" was one of the points of popularity. Every episode featured the intro of "Hana no Tou" playing during a memorable interaction, transitioning into the ending animation, which became a talking point.

This familiar production technique is also present in the new short movie "Lycoris Recoil Friends are thieves of time."
