Original Menu Items Reflecting the World of Gege Akutami's 'Jujutsu Kaisen' Exhibition Collaboration Cafe, Including Satoru Gojo's Slightly Wild Pancakes, Now Available!

A collaboration cafe with the "Jujutsu Kaisen" exhibition by Gege Akutami will be held at "CAFE Lab." on the first floor of Grand Front Osaka North Building.

The anime "Jujutsu Kaisen" is based on the manga of the same name by Gege Akutami, which has exceeded 100 million copies in total circulation. The story depicts the battle between "curses," born from negative human emotions, and sorcerers who exorcise these curses through jujutsu. The narrative significantly progresses when Yuji Itadori, who ends up sharing his body with the "King of Curses," Ryomen Sukuna, transfers to the "Jujutsu High School," a specialized institution for dealing with curses.

The first season of the TV anime started in October 2020 and received a huge response not only domestically but also worldwide. In the second season, which aired from July to December 2023, the story of Satoru Gojo, the "strongest jujutsu sorcerer," and Suguru Geto, the "worst curse user" (voiced by Takahiro Sakurai) during their high school days, "Hidden Inventory / Premature Death" was depicted, along with the "Shibuya Incident," which continues from the timeline of the first season. The production of the sequel "Culling Game" is also underway. Additionally, on May 30, 2025, "Jujutsu Kaisen Hidden Inventory/ Premature Death Compilation Movie" will be released.

In the collaboration cafe for the exhibition of Gege Akutami's "Jujutsu Kaisen", a total of 10 original cafe lab items (4 drinks, 4 dishes, and 2 desserts) based on the unique characters, techniques, and memorable scenes of the manga "Jujutsu Kaisen" will be offered.

The menu includes drinks like the "Yuji Itadori's Continuous Berry Float", which uses chocolate and ice to represent the protagonist Yuji Itadori's powerful attack in a cola-based drink, and dishes like the " Neapolitan" of "Ryomen Sukuna's 'Let's Go with a Firepower Contest'", which realistically recreates the feared "finger" known as the "Special Grade Cursed Object". Additionally, there's the "<Hollow: Purple> Pancake" by Satoru Gojo, known for his sweet tooth, that turns one of his major techniques into a dessert. The cafe allows you to fully enjoy the world of "Jujutsu Kaisen". Cappuccinos featuring the characters who made it into the top 10 in the 4th popularity poll are also available.

For every order of a collaboration menu item, an original coaster will be given as a random gift. Furthermore, the cafe will be fully decked out in special decorations, and throughout the duration of the exhibition, the entire cafe will be livening up the Osaka venue of Gege Akutami's "Jujutsu Kaisen" exhibition.
