Garma's Survival Signals Peace for Zeon—Leaving the Army for Happy Zeon in "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX"?

In the second episode of the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX," which began airing in April, viewers from the First Gundam generation were stirred by unexpected news. This revelation was the fact that Garma Zabi is still alive.

Garma, the youngest of the Zabi family, royal members of the Principality of Zeon, famously died by a suicide attack on the White Base due to Char Aznable's betrayal in the 1979 anime "Mobile Suit Gundam."

His dramatic last moments, screaming "Glory to the Principality of Zeon!!" as he fell, are one of the most memorable scenes in First Gundam.

However, in the second episode of "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX," Garma's survival is subtly unveiled through an exchange between Char Officer (CV: Yūki Shin) and Kycillia's subordinate, Lieutenant Mallygan, on a ship heading to the space fortress Solomon.
