In episode 2 of the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX," which began airing in April, a certain revelation has left longtime fans feeling somber. It was reported that Vice Admiral Dozle Zabi of the Principality of Zeon passed away in battle.

During a conversation between Colonel Char Aznable (voiced by Yuki Shin) and Shalia Bull (voiced by Shinji Kawada), the line "I heard Solomon fell five days ago, and Vice Admiral Dozle died in battle" was naturally inserted. Although there was no direct depiction, it was revealed that even in a world where the Zeon forces were victorious, Vice Admiral Dozle still lost his life.

Dozle Zabi (voiced by Daisuke Gori) is known for, during the Battle of Solomon in "Mobile Suit Gundam," ensuring the escape of his wife and daughter before boarding the massive mobile armor Big Zam himself. After evacuating his subordinates, he single-handedly destroyed many Earth Federation warships.

In the end, he fell before the Gundam, but until the moment Big Zam was about to explode, he kept shooting at the Gundam, exclaiming, "I won't be defeated! I won't be defeated! Not by the likes of you! The glory of Zeon, my pride. I won't let it happen! I won't let it happen! I won't let it happen!" before being consumed by the explosion.
