Before You Know It, 400 Years in the Past… Episode 8 Synopsis and Preview Cuts for Anime “YAIBA Samurai Legend” Released

The synopsis and preview cuts for Episode 8 of the TV anime “YAIBA Samurai Legend” have been released.

This work is based on the manga “YAIBA” by Gosho Aoyama, whose many hit works including “Detective Conan,” “Magic Kaito,” and “No. 4 Third Base” have been widely acclaimed. The manga was serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday from Issue 39 of 1988 to Issue 50 of 1993. The action-packed story follows the wild samurai Yaiba Kurogane (voiced by Minami Takayama) as he pursues even greater strength, driven solely by his samurai spirit. With a total of 24 volumes, the manga has sold an impressive cumulative total of 17 million copies. The TV anime adaptation, “YAIBA Samurai Legend,” is currently broadcasting nationwide on Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV network every Saturday at 5:30 p.m. starting April 5.
