The synopsis and preview stills for episode 9 of the anime “The Catcher in the Ballpark!” have been released.
The anime is based on the manga series currently serialized in Kodansha’s “Morning” by Tatsuro Suga. Set in a professional baseball stadium, it is a “comedy of love, smiles, and tears at the ballpark” starring the gal-style beer vendor Ruriko (voiced by Fairouz Ai) and Murata (voiced by Satoshi Inomata), who gets drawn into her antics at the stadium.
