The synopsis and preview cuts for Episode 8 of the TV anime "Witch Watch" have been released.

"Witch Watch" is an anime adaptation of the highly popular manga currently serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump, with over 3 million copies in circulation. Nico Wakatsuki (voiced by Rina Kawaguchi), a witch-in-training, begins living together with her childhood friend, Morihito Otogi (voiced by Ryota Suzuki), a high school boy who possesses the power of an oni. While Nico’s heart races at reuniting with her childhood friend, Morihito bears the mission of protecting Nico from a foretold calamity as her familiar. The unpredictable troubles caused by Nico’s magic, the ups and downs of a boy and girl living together in their teens... These bizarre and mysterious days, painted by Kenta Shinohara, author of "SKET DANCE" and "Astra Lost in Space," unfold as an extraordinary magical comedy.
