Unveiling Nobuhiko Okamoto: The Voice Actor Without Anger! Revealing His 'Exam Strategies' and 'Use of Spare Time' Too

On May 24th (Saturday) at 9 PM, the 5th episode of 'Say You To Yo Asobi Saturday' aired on ABEMA's 'Anime LIVE Channel'.

In this broadcast, titled "I Still Don't Get It! Nobuhiko's Mind Diagnosis," the show delved into the deep psychology of Nobuhiko Okamoto, who is known as the "heartless voice actor" due to rarely expressing emotions on the show, contrasting with his passionate performances as a voice actor.

At the start of the show, when Morikubo asked, "Do you ever get angry?" Okamoto revealed, "I don't really get angry. I don't have much of that emotion to begin with, although I do get a bit upset during games," showcasing his "heartless voice actor" persona. To uncover Okamoto's true nature, psychologist Yuki Yu-sensei was invited as a guest, and they took on the "Drawing Diagnosis Total Personality Test."

Yuki-sensei asked them to draw a full-body human figure, analyzing the drawer's personality from the drawing. Okamoto, along with Morikubo and Fukunishi, took on the challenge.

Okamoto revealed a drawing of a cute smiling boy holding a sword and shield. Yuki-sensei quickly noted that "the younger figure suggests a longing to return to the past or nostalgia." Okamoto reflected, "I don't want to time leap, but if I could go back a day, that would be nice. I'd like to play tag with all my might again."

When Morikubo asked, "Is there a time you wish you could return to?" Okamoto responded, "Both the past and now are fun. I feel like I've been having fun all my life, but I might have had painful memories that are sealed away. If I open up, even homework is unpleasant. I didn't want to study, so I worked hard on my internal assessments. I made sure not to get 1s or 2s among the 4s, never being late, aiming for a single recommendation..." Fukunishi commented, "That's so like (Okamoto), I knew someone like that." Yuki-sensei agreed, saying, "That's seamless."
