With over 1.4 million copies in circulation, "Kowloon Generic Romance" is the latest and immensely popular mystery romance by Jun Mayuzuki, the author of "After the Rain," and is serialized in Shueisha’s Weekly Young Jump.
Reiko Kujirai (voiced by Haruka Shiraishi), who works at a real estate agency in the nostalgic city of Kowloon Walled City, harbors gentle feelings for her senior colleague, Hajime Kudō (voiced by Tomokazu Sugita). One day, from a single photograph she happens upon, she learns that Kudō once had a fiancée in the past who looked exactly like herself. Lost memories, the true identity of another version of herself, and the vast secret hidden within the city of Kowloon... As the past, present, and future intersect, love and the unraveling of secrets in this mystery romance come to life in animation.
