This Year, Milky Holmes Confirmed to Perform at "Anisama"! Voice Actress Unit Members Mikoi Sasaki & Sora Tokui Appear on "ShibuAni" #48

On ABEMA, “SHIBUYA ANIME BASE” #ShibuAni (read as: ShibuAni) episode #48 was aired live from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Friday, May 31, 2025.

This time, Mikoi Sasaki and Sora Tokui, members of the voice actress unit “Milky Holmes” (comprising Suzuko Mimori, Sora Tokui, Mikoi Sasaki, and Izumi Kitta, who suspended group activities in 2019), appeared in the studio. In addition to looking back on the appeal of "Tantei Opera Milky Holmes", the two delved deeply into their own anime histories.

#48 started with the segment “My Anime Resume”, which explores the guest’s anime history in resume format. The discussion dug into Sasaki and Tokui's personal favorites. Sasaki cited “Digimon Adventure” as her favorite, saying, “When I was in third grade, I was the same age as the protagonist, so I could really relate to a story where kids my age were the heroes. I used to think it would be great if I could go into the Digimon world and get a partner too,” she reminisced. Her favorite character is “Tailmon” (Gatomon in English), and she commented, “She looks like a cat, and even when she evolves she becomes this beautiful angel called Angewomon. I used to imagine her flying down from the sky to come see me.”

Tokui mentioned the ending theme “Uchuu wa Shoujo no Tomodachi sa” from “The Girl Who Leapt Through Space,” saying, “When I heard it, I thought: What a wonderful song! I instantly fell in love with it. I felt that Aki Hata (the lyricist) was truly amazing, and Yasunori Yamaguchi (the composer) created such a great melody, I was deeply moved.” She added, “What’s more, this dream team also created the iconic song 'Seikai wa Hitotsu! Ja nai!!' for Tantei Opera Milky Holmes. I was like, no way—what luck! I was so excited and touched.”

Tokui then highlighted “Dream Festival!”, a cross-dimensional idol-support project. “It is the only male character series I’ve gotten into, and what’s amazing is not only the anime, but there’s also a mobile game, arcade game, live events, and even a radio show. The story is a classic idol tale and fun in itself, but the entire IP is so full of spirit—you can tell how much energy they put into it, and I was totally hooked.” She also shared a treasured photo she had taken at the final live, which brought great excitement to the studio.
