The synopsis and preview stills for Episode 10 of the TV anime "YAIBA Samurai Legend" have been released.

This anime is based on "YAIBA," a manga series created by Gosho Aoyama—also known for the hit works "Detective Conan," "Magic Kaito," and "The Four-hole Third Baseman." The manga was serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday from issue 39 of 1988 to issue 50 of 1993. Centering on the wild samurai child Yaiba Kurogane (voiced by Minami Takayama), it is an action-packed adventure in which he pursues the true spirit of the samurai in his relentless quest for greater strength. The manga boasts a total of 17 million copies in circulation across 24 volumes. Based on this source material, the TV anime "YAIBA Samurai Legend" began broadcasting nationwide on Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV networks in the Saturday 5:30 pm slot starting April 5.
