[Synopsis]
Analysis of the drug found in Skinner's room reveals that he has likely undergone artificial heart surgery. The Lazarus team speculates that he might have had the operation secretly through an elite medical society catering to the privileged class. Having a clue in mind, Leland returns to the Aster family home he has long been estranged from and reunites with his sister Isabella, with whom he has a strained relationship. He then arrives at the hospital of Millie, a doctor he knows who once performed heart surgery. Will they be able to pinpoint Skinner's whereabouts...?
