Mr. Osomatsu Season 4 to Start Airing from Tuesday, July 8! Main Visual and PV Released, OP & ED Information Also Announced

The ending theme for Season 4 will be “Buddy,” performed by Hitomi from Atarayo and the Matsuno Sextuplets! Lyrics, composition, and arrangement by Seiji Kameda.

This time, I was given the opportunity to sing “Buddy,” the ending theme for TV anime "Mr. Osomatsu" Season 4. I am Hitomi, the vocalist from Atarayo. When I first received the offer, I was both thrilled and felt a bit of pressure, but under the production of Seiji Kameda, we went through various trials and errors and were able to create a truly wonderful song. I hope you’ll enjoy listening to this song together with the anime.

The world created by Fujio Akatsuka-sensei recognizes diversity, allows people to step outside the box, and always sides with the weak. That Akatsuka world has lived on for over half a century in "Mr. Osomatsu." Thinking of each of the lovable sextuplets, I wove together melodies and words. Because we have precious companions, we can live on. “Buddy” is my way of repaying Akatsuka-sensei, who shaped my own life.
