On the official ABEMA Anime Channel X, the Top 3 most commented scenes from the broadcast of The Apothecary Diaries Episode 44 (Season 2, Episode 20) titled “Fortress” have been announced.
The Apothecary Diaries is based on the novel of the same name by Natsu Hyuuga. Set in the imperial harem, it’s a palace mystery entertainment story where the apothecary and poison tester Maomao uses her knowledge of poisons and medicines to solve one difficult case after another. The TV anime’s second season, airing in two consecutive cours starting from January 2025, is generating even more excitement.
