“Bocchi the Rock!” × “Rock is a Lady's Modesty” — Free or Discounted Digital Comics Available Starting June 9th, “Rock Day”

In celebration of June 9th, also known as “Rock Day,” a special “dream battle-of-the-bands” fair has been organized. From June 9th to 22nd, digital comics from both publishers—including “Bocchi the Rock!” (written by Aki Hamaji, published by Houbunsha) and “Rock is a Lady's Modesty” (written by Hiroshi Fukuda, published by Hakusensha)—will be available to read for free or at discounted prices. Additionally, to commemorate Rock Day, new information related to “Rock is a Lady's Modesty” has also been released.

About “Bocchi the Rock!”, “Rock is a Lady's Modesty,” and the Digital Comic Fair

“Bocchi the Rock!” is a four-panel manga series currently serialized in Manga Time Kirara MAX. The protagonist, “Bocchi-chan” Hitori Gotō, is a lonely girl who loves the guitar. She spends her days playing alone at home, but through an unexpected turn of events, she joins “Kessoku Band” led by Nijika Ijichi.

“Rock is a Lady's Modesty” is serialized in Young Animal. Its protagonist, Lilisa Suzunomiya, attends Sakuragokoro Girls' Academy Senior High Division, where only top-class ladies are allowed to enroll. Revered as an elegant young lady by those around her, she is inspired to pick up her beloved guitar again after meeting Otoha Kurogane, the admired star of the school.
