Key Visual & Main PV, Opening Theme Revealed! Anime "A Couple of Cuckoos Season 2" to Air Starting July 8, 2025

The anime "A Couple of Cuckoos Season 2" will begin airing from Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Along with this announcement, the key visual, main PV, and opening theme have also been revealed.

"A Couple of Cuckoos" is based on the manga of the same name by Miki Yoshikawa, currently serialized in Weekly Shōnen Magazine (Kodansha). It is a "life-intertwined romantic comedy" that begins when high school students Nagi Umino and Erika Amano, who were switched at birth, become officially recognized fiancés by both families.

The TV anime "A Couple of Cuckoos Season 2" will air on TOKYO MX, BS NTV, and other networks starting Tuesday, July 8, 2025. Streaming information was also announced; ABEMA and d Anime Store will stream the episodes at the same time as the terrestrial broadcasts, offering the earliest streaming.

Along with this announcement, the key visual has also been revealed. The new character Ai Mochizuki is featured alongside the usual trio—Erika Amano, Hiro Segawa, Sachi Umino—and protagonist Nagi Umino. In addition, the main PV has been released. Viewers can enjoy the animation produced by studio SynergySP and character voices ahead of the broadcast.

Furthermore, the opening theme was revealed within the PV: "Kimi ga Kureta Mono" performed by asmi.
