The theme song information for the anime "Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube," which will begin airing nationwide on TV Asahi’s “IMAnimation W” block in July 2025, has been announced. Along with this, the second main promotional video (PV) featuring the theme songs has been released, and a new visual depicting a battle between Nube and Tamamo has also been unveiled.

Originally created by Shō Makura and illustrated by Takeshi Okano, "Hell Teacher: Jigoku Sensei Nube" was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump (published by Shueisha) from 1993 to 1999. This legendary and enormously popular occult comic series, boasting over 29 million copies in circulation, is set for a new anime adaptation.

This series is a school hero action story featuring Meisuke Nueno, a.k.a. 'Nube' (voiced by Ryōtarō Okiayu), a spiritual teacher with an Oni hand, who risks his life to protect his students from the threats of yokai and evil spirits. It is slated to begin airing in July 2025 during TV Asahi’s nationwide “IMAnimation W” programming block.

This time, the theme song for the series has been revealed. The opening theme will be "P0WER – Akuryo Taisan" performed by -Shintenchi Kaibyaku Shudan- ZIGZAG, known for their catchy and humor-filled world. The ending theme, "Himawari," will be sung by Chilli Beans., a band popular for their relatable and expressive songs. Messages from both artists have also arrived.

In addition, the second main PV using the theme songs has been released. The first half of the video features intense scenes of various yokai attacking students, set to the fierce sound of the opening theme "P0WER – Akuryo Taisan." The latter half is set to the emotional melody of the ending theme "Himawari," showcasing Nube’s desperate efforts to protect his students and his battle with Tamamo.

Furthermore, a new visual depicting the battle between Nube and Tamamo has been revealed! Nube’s Oni hand clashes with Tamamo’s sinisterly shaped sasumata, capturing the intensity of their confrontation in this striking visual.
