KV Second Visual & Main PV Released! OP Theme by Tatsuya Kitani, ED Theme by Reira Ushio! TV Anime “The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity” Premieres July 5, 2025

Main PV Released

The newly released main PV features first-time cuts from the anime, beautifully colored by the opening theme “Manazashi wa Hikari” by Tatsuya Kitani and the ending theme “Hare no Hi ni” by Reira Ushio. The PV gives a sense of the beginning of a dazzling ensemble youth drama that will shine this summer.

To each other, they seem like a warm presence, like sunlight breaking through thick clouds. That’s how I saw Rintarō and Kaoruko’s relationship. The gaze that leaps innocently, like a child, over the walls they’ve each built around themselves for the outside world—that is irresistibly joyful and beloved, and I tried to put those feelings as honestly as possible into words.

I had the privilege of writing “Hare no Hi ni” as the ending theme for “The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity.” It was my first time writing a song after reading the original work, and it made me feel many things. This story has a scent of quiet, pure love.

I was delighted both when I felt that the words and melody reached the image I had in mind, and again when the song was accepted for use in the anime. The characters from this anime live within my song, and I am looking forward to seeing how they continue to live within the works I will sing in the future.

I hope that both “The Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity” and “Hare no Hi ni” will have the same fragrance for everyone.
