On the official ABEMA Anime Channel X account, the Top 3 Most-Commented Scenes from Episode 45 (Season 2, Episode 21) "The Toad Tray" of The Apothecary Diaries have been announced.
The Apothecary Diaries is based on the novel of the same name by Natsu Hyuuga. Set in the imperial court, it follows the story of Maomao, a young apothecary who becomes a food taster. Using her knowledge of poisons and medicine, she unravels and solves a variety of complex mysteries within the palace. The highly popular TV anime is currently airing its second season as a two-cour series starting January 2025, and its popularity continues to grow.
