“Chiikawa” is a popular manga series by illustrator Nagano that began serialization on X (formerly Twitter) in 2020. It won the Grand Prix at the "Japan Character Awards 2022" and again at the "Japan Character Awards 2024" announced in July 2024. Featuring a gap between its tiny, cute characters and a surprisingly harsh world, the series has gained widespread popularity among both adults and children, surpassing 4.02 million followers to date.
