Uchida also selected a scene showing Philia’s heart changing. She chose a scene where Grace, who adores Philia, earnestly expresses her love for her. Uchida commented, “It’s so wonderful that by expressing gratitude, Philia gains a new awareness.” The other two agreed, saying, “It really is important to convey your feelings honestly.” Uchida then revealed that she has a favorite line in this scene: after receiving Grace’s feelings, Philia says, “I must have been living in such a small world.” Uchida shared how this line touched her, saying, “Even if the people around you are cruel, if you step outside, you’ll meet good people… it’s such a beautiful line.”

Meanwhile, Hondo, who voices Mia, Philia’s younger sister fighting bravely on her own in the Kingdom of Ziltonia, selected a cathartic scene where Mia punishes Julius for his mistreatment of Philia. The usually cheerful Mia turns serious, glaring sharply and condemning Julius. Ishikawa and Uchida excitedly reacted, saying, “I got chills!” “I really love this part!” and “So satisfying!” As for Kōhei Amasaki’s performance as Julius, Hondo commented, “You’re the best, Amasaki-senpai!” offering him her highest praise.

Looking back on recording sessions with Amasaki, Hondo remarked, “Amasaki’s acting was so intense that, thanks to him, I was able to genuinely feel like, ‘What is with this guy?’ (laughs),” prompting laughter in the studio.

The conversation continued with discussions about Julius, the charismatic villain, and the emotional scene in Episode 10 where Philia and Mia’s sisterly bond finally bears fruit, along with behind-the-scenes stories from the recording sessions. Then the topic shifted to the highlights of the remaining two episodes.

Episode 10 ended on a dramatic note, with Philia and Mia reuniting but Julius appearing once again. Regarding future developments, Ishikawa commented, “Even though the sisterly love could make one think, ‘That was a great finale—’, there’s still something left unresolved! There’s still one more hill to climb!” She continued, “There are still mysteries remaining, and I’m also curious about how Philia and Oswald’s relationship will develop, so I hope viewers will keep an eye on that as we head towards the final episode.”

Additionally, the program included a segment called “Kawaige (Charming Word) Transformation Challenge,” where the hosts tried to awaken their inner charm by transforming words like “broken engagement” and “monsters” into more endearing expressions. Ishikawa, who plays the “un-charming” saint, served as the judge. Which words managed to strike a chord with Ishikawa and become truly charming—?

The special program is available for free viewing until June 30 (Monday) at 11:59 PM.
