The synopsis and preview cuts for episode 12 of the TV anime “YAIBA Samurai Legend” have been released.
This series is based on the manga “YAIBA” by Gosho Aoyama—the creator of numerous hit works including "Detective Conan," "Magic Kaito," and "Fourth Batter, Third Base"—which was serialized in Shogakukan's Weekly Shonen Sunday from issue 39 in 1988 to issue 50 in 1993. It is an action-packed adventure featuring the wild samurai boy, Yaiba Kurogane (CV: Minami Takayama), as he strives continually for greater strength with unwavering samurai spirit. The manga boasts a total circulation of 17 million copies across its 24 volumes. The TV anime adaptation, “YAIBA Samurai Legend,” has been airing nationally every Saturday at 5:30 p.m. on the Yomiuri TV and Nippon TV networks since April 5.
