Currently, all episodes of “The Apothecary Diaries” are available for streaming. The anime is based on the light novel of the same name by Natsu Hyuuga. The series has been adapted into manga format in two monthly magazines and has surpassed 40 million copies in total circulation. The TV anime aired for two consecutive cours starting in October 2023, and the mysteries solved by Maomao, who works as a poison tester in the inner palace, as well as her comical interactions with Jinshi, have earned it widespread popularity and publicity. The second season of the anime is broadcasting from January 2025.
