A Heartfelt Farewell, or So We Thought… The Shocking Final Lines Leave Fans Saying “Amazing Until the End” and “Ended in Laughter”: The Final Episode of Anime Series “APOCALYPSE HOTEL”

The final episode of the anime “APOCALYPSE HOTEL” began airing sequentially from June 24. The hotelier robot, Yachiyo (voiced by Saho Shirasu), shouted a surprising line in an emotional farewell scene, providing a conclusion worthy of a work filled with both laughter and tears.

Yachiyo faithfully fulfilled the Owner's (voiced by Hiroyuki Kinoshita) words, “Take care of the hotel until I return,” continuously waiting for the day humanity would return to Earth. In the twelfth and final episode, “Aiming to be the Best Hotel in the Galaxy,” the descendant of humanity, Tomari Iori (voiced by Mikako Komatsu), finally arrives at the hotel.

Tomari, after spending enjoyable times at the hotel, says upon parting, “I’ll be sure to come back soon. Please keep running the hotel until then.” Suddenly shifting from a sentimental mood, Yachiyo dashes after Tomari’s spaceship, shouting, “Wait just a minute! What exactly does ‘soon’ mean!? Please answer me!”

As Tomari waves from the spaceship, Yachiyo chases after, desperately shouting, “Hey! What’s with that smile!? How many years does that smile mean!? Please answer me!” despite the voice not reaching Tomari. Yachiyo then screams, “Humans are such dummies!!”
