[Synopsis]
A city where something happens somewhere every day—CITY. Tsurubishi dives crispy chow mein into a customer's bag, witnessed by Nagumo. An absolute life-or-death crisis! Matsuri and Eri enjoy the afterschool life. Today marks the beginning of another big adventure. Editor Todoroki and Kamaboko Oni struggle to come up with material for "Dejection Boy." Their thoughts stop, but the tears won't. After hearing about Niikura's dream, Nagumo starts thinking about what she wants to do... Something is beginning to sprout in the CITY.
