Camille Vidan (voiced by Nobuo Tobita), overwhelmed with anger and sorrow after witnessing the loss of his mother, Hilda, right before his eyes. Meanwhile, his father, Franklin Bidan (voiced by Takko Ishimori), attempts to escape from AEUG by stealing a Rick Dias.

Finally, father and son confront each other on the battlefield. "Are you going to shoot?! Your own parent!" Franklin shouted as Camille aimed his beam rifle. Despite Franklin's enraged beam shooting, Camille, with trembling hands, kept his aim steady on his father.
