New information has been announced for the latest film adaptation of "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba," titled "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle Part 1 Akaza Returns." The main trailer and the second key visual have been released, and it has also been revealed that Aimer and LiSA will be performing the theme songs.

"Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" is based on the manga by Koyoharu Gotoge, which has exceeded a total circulation of 150 million copies across volumes 1 through 23 of Shueisha's Jump Comics. To date, the series has produced several TV anime arcs including "Tanjiro Kamado, Unwavering Resolve Arc," "Mugen Train Arc," "Entertainment District Arc," "Swordsmith Village Arc," and "Hashira Training Arc." Additionally, the film "Mugen Train Arc" broke the record for the highest box office revenue in Japanese history, reaching 51.7 billion yen. It was previously announced that "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle" will be produced as a trilogy, with Part 1 scheduled to premiere on Friday, July 18.

During the "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu No Yaiba The Movie: Infinity Castle Movie Release Commemoration! 'Demon Slayer' Seven-Night Special Broadcast," which began airing on the Fuji TV network from June 28, the main trailer using footage from Part 1 of "Infinity Castle" was released. Alongside this, the second key visual and the subtitle for the film, "Part 1 Akaza Returns," were announced.

In addition to the trailer information, it was revealed that there will be double theme songs: "Taiyo ga Noboranai Sekai" by Aimer and "Zankoku na Yoru ni Kagayake" by LiSA. Both artists have previously performed theme songs for the "Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba" series, raising high expectations for their new contributions to this film. The single CDs featuring the theme songs are scheduled for release on Wednesday, July 23. Digital distribution will begin in all major music stores from midnight on Saturday, July 19.

The number of theaters has expanded to a total of 452, with 393 regular locations and 59 supporting IMAX. Online sales of the new "MoviTicke" card-shaped advance tickets (Akaza visual ver.) featuring the new artwork began on June 29. The tickets will become available at each theater progressively starting from July 4.
