Huh? Something Feels Off in the Cockpit... Kamille and Quattro Launch in Zeon Suits in "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam"

Episode 33 of the anime series "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam" is a tense installment, as negotiations with Axis break down and the AEUG delegation attempts to escape from the battleship Gwadan. However, near the end of the episode, a particular "sense of incongruity" caught fans' attention for a reason completely separate from the battlefield developments.

After successfully escaping from the Gwadan, Kamille Bidan (voiced by Nobuo Tobita) and his companions manage to return to the Argama, where they immediately prepare their mobile suits for launch. Yet, if you look closely, both Kamille and Quattro Bajeena (voiced by Shūichi Ikeda) are still wearing the Zeon-type normal suits they had on earlier.

This is simply because they launched without changing out of the suits they wore during their escape from the Gwadan. Still, the sight of Kamille and Quattro—seated in the cockpits of the Zeta Gundam and Hyaku Shiki, respectively—while dressed in Zeon normal suits is undeniably jarring and begs for commentary.
