Upon closer inspection, you can see the word "DAIBAN." Yes, no matter how you look at it, the logo seems to be a parody of "BANDAI." As this quiet exchange takes place, seeing "DAIBAN Milk" lined up nonchalantly in Four's refrigerator adds a rather peculiar touch.
Thinking that Four Murasame—an enhanced human—was casually drinking milk with such an almost-joking package in her daily life creates an indescribable sense of contrast. Even though this episode is one that tugs at the heartstrings, who would have thought such a playful detail was hiding there? Perhaps, because it's a world where tension and relaxation coexist side by side, such a "laid-back product" naturally blended in.
Incidentally, the Murasame Institute also exists in the currently airing anime "Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX." If a scene with an open refrigerator appears, you might find another unexpected playful nod.
"Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam" is a Sunrise-produced robot anime that aired from March 1985 to February 1986, serving as a sequel set seven years after the One Year War from "Mobile Suit Gundam." It also sparked the "Gunpla" craze. Numerous spin-offs and derivative works from the Gundam series have been created and still enjoy immense popularity today.
