Yet on the moon, she suddenly bounded around like a superhuman, prompting surprised comments on social media such as, "Her athleticism was amazing, I was shocked," and "The Jifredo climbing was just too incredible."
Particularly memorable was the state of Miguel, who chased after her. He was clearly out of breath, providing a striking and humorous contrast that made you want to comment, "Who's really used to this environment?"
Perhaps Nyaan’s physical abilities, honed in the 1G gravity of a space colony, were finally unleashed on the low-gravity surface of the moon. The lunar environment likely brought out her full potential.
Even if she’s a klutz in 1G, on the moon she’s a match for any superhero. Who would have thought gravity could have such a dramatic effect on how a character is perceived? This kind of transformation must be unique to Nyaan.
"Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX" is the latest entry in the "Mobile Suit Gundam" franchise, running since 1979. It tells the story of high school girl Amate Yuzuriha (voiced by Tomoyo Kurosawa), living peacefully in a space colony, as she is drawn into the illegal mobile suit dueling competition known as "Clan Battle" after meeting the mysterious girl Nyaan (voiced by Yui Ishikawa). The joint production by studio Khara (also known for the "Rebuild of Evangelion" series) and Sunrise has generated a lot of buzz, and the theatrical preview, released in January ahead of the TV series, became a smash hit with approximately 3.4 billion yen in box office revenue. It has also been confirmed for a nationwide re-release in 368 theaters on June 20.
