Are you familiar with the unique theatrical scene of dialogue in a strange space depicted in the final episode of the anime "Mobile Suit Zeta Gundam"? In the midst of a battlefield, an unexpected “stage space” suddenly appears. There, each character appears one after another, engaging in a dialogue reminiscent of a theatrical play—a scene that leaves a strong impression.
Quattro Bajeena (CV: Shūichi Ikeda) fiercely fought alone in his Hyaku Shiki to defend the colony laser’s control facility against two powerful enemies: The O and the Qubeley. The odds were truly against him, and the Hyaku Shiki sustained such severe damage that it lost an arm and a leg, with Char himself being driven into a corner.
However, he leaves the scene with the parting words, “Not yet, it’s not over yet!” and escapes, disembarking from the Hyaku Shiki and making his way into the residential block of Gryps 2. What follows from here is the most “theater-like” direction in all of Zeta Gundam.
