The web preview, early scene cuts, and synopsis for Episode 1 of the TV anime “See You Tomorrow at the Food Court” have been released.

This series is based on the manga of the same name by Shinichiro Nariie, which has become a hot topic on social media as a “manga where high school girls just chat.” The TV anime will begin broadcasting on TOKYO MX and other stations starting Monday, July 7, and ABEMA will stream the latest episode for free and at the fastest pace online on the same day at 10:30 PM.

Wada (voiced by Hiyori Miyazaki), who gives off an unapproachable vibe, and Yamamoto (voiced by Yoshino Aoyama), who is feared by those around her for her “gal” appearance, attend different high schools but gather almost daily at the shopping mall food court. The show depicts their relaxed after-school time as they do nothing in particular, just chatting idly, laughing, crying, and getting angry over trivial things.
