As the stage event quickly came to a close, the four guests each shared a final message with the audience:
Kabashima: “The story after Episode 1 will make you want to see what happens next, so please enjoy it until the end.”
Kurakane: “Though this work is a coming-of-age horror, it is also a mystery, and the drama of human relationships is depicted from many angles. How each person chooses to enjoy it is up to the individual, so please feel free to enjoy it any way you like.”
Kobayashi: “‘The Summer Hikaru Died’ is visually stunning, with beautiful music, making it a wonderful work. For everyone here, it might seem like the tale of a distant Japanese countryside summer, but the themes are relatable, and I believe everyone in LA will enjoy it. Please look forward to it.”
Mokumokuren: “The TV anime ‘The Summer Hikaru Died’ has faithfully maintained the core of the original work, while gaining strength through its animated form. The original manga will also continue from here, so please read it as well.”
With these comments, the hugely popular stage event came to an end.
