ABEMA Anime Channel's official X account has announced the Top 3 most commented scenes from episode 1 of "Takopi's Original Sin".

"Takopi's Original Sin" is a manga series by Taizan 5, originally serialized on the manga app "Shonen Jump+" (Shueisha). The story revolves around Takopi, a "Happy Alien" who comes to Earth to spread happiness. He meets Shizuka, a girl who never smiles, and uses mysterious "Happy Gadgets" in a frantic effort to restore her smile.

The story, which begins with shocking developments involving bullying and family issues, garnered considerable buzz on social media. It set the highest view count for a serialized work at the time on "Shonen Jump+" and was selected as third place in the "This Manga is Amazing! 2023" (Men's Edition) ranking. Despite being completed in only two volumes, the manga exceeded 1.45 million copies in total circulation, gaining widespread popularity and drawing significant attention for its TV anime adaptation as well.

ABEMA conducted an independent survey of scenes that received the most comments from viewers during the June 28 (Saturday) broadcast of episode 1 of "Takopi's Original Sin," titled "To You in 2016". The results have been published as the "Takopi's Original Sin Episode 1 Most Commented Scenes Top 3" on the official ABEMA Anime Channel X account.
