Female University Student Cosplayer Participates as Ui Shigure: “I Want to Enjoy Both My Private Life and Cosplay to the Fullest”

——What points did you want to express through this cosplay, or what aspects do you particularly like?

Rima: I was conscious of posing in a way that would convey Ui-san’s bright and playful personality, even through photos. Also, on the day of the event, it was quite windy, so my wig and costume fluttered just right, and I think we were able to take some photos with a real sense of dynamism.

——Congratulations on your university admission (you started in April 2025)! Have you experienced anything new or faced any difficulties in this new environment?

Rima: Thank you! For now, I’m getting by without any issues. I want to continue enjoying both my private life and cosplay to the fullest.

——If there are any cosplays you’d like to try in the future, please let us know.

Rima: I haven’t decided on a specific character yet, but I’d like to try more VTuber cosplays from now on. I hope to become a cosplayer who can touch people’s hearts through my favorite characters!
