"Gachiakuta" is an anime adaptation of the popular manga serialized in "Weekly Shonen Magazine" (published by Kodansha), created by Kei Urana with graffiti design by Hideyoshi Andou. It is a battle-action story that begins when Rudo, an orphan born in a slum inhabited by descendants of criminals, is cast down into the “Abyss” for a crime he did not commit.

■Episode 2 "The Host" Synopsis:
Rudo, falsely accused of killing his foster father Regto, is thrown into the “Abyss,” a place where waste and criminals are cast off. Struggling to breathe in the polluted air, Rudo finds himself in a desperate situation as he is attacked by a Patch Beast born from garbage. At that moment, a man named Enjin appears before him.
