“I've Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level 2” (hereafter, “Slime 300”) is a slice-of-life isekai comedy in which the immortal witch Azusa, having been reincarnated and defeating slimes for 300 years, unexpectedly becomes the world's strongest. Despite wishing for a slow life as penance for her previous life’s death by overwork, Azusa is inevitably swept up in incidents caused by those drawn to her strength.

In the second season, which aired starting in April, new family members such as Sandora joined and the even more lively daily life and deepening bonds of the “Azusa Family” were depicted. During the program, the main cast shared their favorite scenes from season 2.

First, Kaede Hondo, who plays Laika, selected the scene where Laika challenges Azusa to a serious match for the first time since they met. She said she was moved by Azusa facing Laika head-on as her master, after seeing Laika’s growth and renewed determination; “Though there are a lot of slice-of-life moments, scenes like this really grab your attention,” she commented.

Additionally, Yui Ogura, who plays Sandora—a new addition to Azusa’s family from season 2—chose the scene where Sandora, having matured quickly due to high-quality fertilizer, gives Azusa a bouquet out of gratitude. Everyone in the studio melted at Sandora’s tsundere-to-dere moment, exclaiming, “So cute!” and “She’s such a good girl!” Ogura also mentioned that she was touched by the detail of adult Sandora’s bouquet being displayed at Azusa’s house even in the scene where Sandora returned to being a child, showing appreciation for the subtle direction.
