Serious Craftsmanship Using LEDs! Realistically Shining Mihono Bourbon Cosplay from Umamusume

On May 18, 2025, the “18th Nihonbashi Street Festa 2025 Naniwa Ward EXPO” was held in Osaka. We present photos of Kotone, who participated in Mihono Bourbon cosplay from Umamusume: Pretty Derby, along with an interview where we asked about points she focused on in her cosplay and costumes she would like to try in the future.

——What inspired you to cosplay Mihono Bourbon from Umamusume: Pretty Derby this time?

Kotone: Rice Shower is actually my absolute favorite, but I also really love the relationship between Rice Shower and Mihono Bourbon. I’m not very good at making costumes with complex shapes or tight-fitting elements, so at first I gave up on making this one, but after studying various techniques, I came to think, “I can do this!”—so I decided to prepare it.
