Exploring the Infamous Room 307 Rumored to Be Haunted... "Call of the Night" Season 2 Episode 4 Synopsis & Preview Stills Released!

The synopsis and preview stills for Episode 4 of the anime "Call of the Night" Season 2 have been released.

The TV anime "Call of the Night" is based on the highly popular manga by Kotoyama, which has surpassed 5.3 million copies in total circulation (including digital editions) and currently has 20 volumes on sale.

Kō Yamori (voiced by Gen Sato), a second-year middle school student who has stopped attending school, has been unable to sleep at night. One night, Kō sneaks out without telling anyone, and encounters the mysterious, beautiful girl Nazuna Nanakusa (voiced by Sora Amamiya), who turns out to be a vampire—a true denizen of the night. Enchanted by both the night and Nazuna, Kō pleads with her, "Please make me a vampire!" In Season 2, the story accelerates as Anko Uguisu (voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro), who hunts vampires, intensifies her pursuit of Nazuna and Kō while the weaknesses of vampires—"things they were strongly attached to during their human lives"—and Nazuna's past come into play.

Kō and Nazuna visit the hospital where Kabura Honda works in order to learn more about Nazuna’s past. There, they decide to investigate Room 307, which is rumored to be "off-limits" because of ghost sightings. When Nazuna phases through the wall to sneak inside, she discovers a photograph showing Kabura, who was once a patient, and Nazuna herself dressed as a nurse...!
