Episode 40: "Determination and Girlfriend - Kimekano -"
[Synopsis]
Having made up his mind about his feelings, Kazuya pleads with Ruka to break up with him, but she refuses. Kazuya tries to push ahead and confess to Chizuru, but she gently dodges him. Moreover, she warns him about the precariousness of their current situation—pointing out that Mami, aware of their relationship, is silently watching from the sidelines. To probe Mami's true intentions, Kazuya decides to talk to Kibe. At the same time, in the university hallway, a smiling Mami approaches Chizuru. "Hello, Chizuru Mizuhara."
