In the opening, the two, who claim to love vegetables, engaged in a vegetable talk. Seki, in particular, shared that he leads a vegetable-centric lifestyle, where he eats enough vegetables to fill his stomach, passionately stating, "Vegetables are perfect!" Following this, Kaori Kinoshita, the vegetable sommelier, made an appearance. When Kinoshita mentioned that modern people eat less vegetables, Seki immediately responded, "Oh, that's outrageous!" and expressed his love for vegetables, criticizing modern society.

The show then quickly moved on to introducing vegetables. The first to be featured was the "Amela Tomato," known for having a higher sugar content than regular tomatoes. Upon tasting it, Seki and Kawashima exclaimed together, "Mmm! Sweet!" "So delicious!" in amazement. When they tried it with "white balsamic vinegar + olive oil," as recommended by Kinoshita for better absorption, Seki was thrilled, saying, "This is so good! The sweetness is incredible!" and humorously suggested, "Let's jar this and sell it at roadside stations as 'made by me'!" making the studio burst into laughter.
