On July 16, 2025 (Wednesday) at 10:00 p.m., episode #11 of "Say You To Yo Asobi Wednesday" aired on ABEMA's Anime LIVE channel. This time, Daisuke Namikawa and Taku Yashiro participated in the "Aim for the National Team! Let's Do Sports Spirit!" project, where they wholeheartedly tried out sports in which they might have a chance to become part of the Japanese national team. The two challenged "sport stacking," a speed competition where players use dedicated cups to stack and unstack them in predetermined formations. Despite some trial and error, the segment showcased how absorbed they became in the sport.

■Will This Become a "Legendary Episode"!? "There's Plenty of Potential to Join the National Team"

The sport they took on was "sport stacking," where participants compete to see who can stack and unstack cups the fastest. Tsuyoshi Seo, a representative of the Japanese national team for sport stacking, appeared as the instructor. The two were amazed by their instructor's speed, exclaiming, "Wow!!", and Namikawa was so overwhelmed that he said, "It's so amazing I can't even react." When Namikawa asked, "I'm in my late forties, but do you think I could aim for the national team?" Seo replied, "I think there's plenty of potential."

As Namikawa and Yashiro would not be competing in the same adult division as Seo, Seo explained, "At least for now, we're not rivals." Namikawa responded enthusiastically, "So that means the three of us could all become national team members!!" Yashiro added, "Then today's broadcast would be truly legendary!!" Seo himself also showed excitement, stating, "I want to make this such an episode!"

They started by taking on the "3-3-3" event, where participants use nine cups in a simple stacking formation. Under Seo's guidance, their times were measured, and Namikawa recorded a time in the five-second range on his very first attempt, surprising everyone with his unexpected talent. With each attempt, both improved their times, and Yashiro commented, "This is how you get hooked!" as he experienced the sport's appeal.
