Visiting the Home of Midori’s Familiar, Love-kun… “Call of the Night” Season 2 Episode 6 Synopsis & Preview Images Released!

The synopsis and preview images for Episode 6 of the anime “Call of the Night” Season 2 have been released.

The TV anime “Call of the Night” is based on the highly popular manga by Kotoyama, which has surpassed 5.3 million copies in circulation (including digital). All 20 volumes are currently available.

The story follows 2nd-year middle schooler Kō Yamori (voiced by Gen Sato), who has stopped attending school and suffers from sleepless nights. One night, when Kō ventures outside without telling anyone for the first time, he encounters a mysterious and beautiful girl, Nazuna Nanakusa (voiced by Sora Amamiya), who turns out to be a vampire—one of the denizens of the night. As he becomes captivated by the night and by Nazuna herself, Kō begs her, “Please make me a vampire.” In Season 2, as the story explores the vampires’ weakness (their attachments from their human days) and Nazuna’s past, the nights shared by Nazuna, Kō, and their companions, along with vampire hunter Anko Uguisu (voiced by Miyuki Sawashiro), become all the more thrilling and intense.

[Synopsis]
Nazuna and the others visit the house of Love-kun, Midori’s familiar, to investigate Midori’s past. A passionate otaku, Love-kun idolizes Midori and has thoroughly researched her human past, declaring that he possesses all the personal items he could find from her previous life. However, when questioned about items that might represent his own weakness, Love-kun adamantly refuses, insisting, “I will absolutely never tell you!!”
