The program opened with Tomokazu Seki in monk attire, reciting sutras. Viewers flooded the broadcast with comments like "Something's starting lol," "Wooden fish start lol," and "What's going on lol" in response to the surreal visuals. In the planned segment "Let's Solve Reiji Kawashima's 108 Worries!", Kawashima listed his worries and desires, and Seki attempted to purify them with scoldings. This segment unfolded as Seki gave one scolding after another in response to Kawashima's exhaustive list of 108 desires.

For Kawashima's concerns and wishes such as "I'm really bad at waking up in the morning," "I want to become better at cooking," and "I want to stay healthy," Seki provided simple, concise advice like "Go to bed early," "Cook," and "Stay healthy." The scene continued with Seki loudly declaring "Scolded!" while hitting Kawashima with a paper fan or slipper, leaving Kawashima slightly overwhelmed. There were many moments in the studio filled with laughter.

Kawashima also shared worries related to his work as a voice actor, such as "I tend to strain my throat when singing, so I want an invincible throat," "I wish I could pass every audition," and "I want to participate more in idol content," each of which Seki responded to with a firm scolding. He also revealed feelings about rival voice actors, such as "I want to beat Shuichiro Umeda" and "(Chiaki) Kobayashi-san is just too invincible." To these, Seki responded with encouragement: "Being a voice actor isn't about winning or losing. Like that SMAP song says, we're all 'Only One's. You're already losing if you're comparing yourself to others. Share in everyone's happiness—it will come back to you." Kawashima nodded deeply in agreement with these words.
