Originally serialized in "Weekly Shonen Jump" from 1993 to 1999, the legendary and immensely popular occult comic, with a total series circulation of 29 million copies, by author Sho Makura and illustrator Takeshi Okano has been adapted into a new anime. It is a school hero action series where spirit-powered teacher Meisuke Nueno (aka "Nube," voiced by Ryotaro Okiayu), who possesses the hand of a demon, risks his life to protect students from the threats of yokai and evil spirits.
