He was showing concern for Chiikawa, who had been shocked to discover that the beloved Chiikabu was actually a mimic-type creature. "Chiikawa" is a popular manga created by illustrator Nagano, who began serializing it on X (formerly Twitter) in 2020. It won the Grand Prix at the Japan Character Award 2022 and, more recently, at the Japan Character Award 2024, announced in July 2024. The gap between the small, cute characters and their harsh world has gained a broad fanbase, from adults to children, and the account's followers have now surpassed 4.19 million.
